SMS Messaging Policy & Consent

CertifML provides AI-powered voice and text (SMS) communication tools that businesses use to stay in touch with their own customers. If you have received a text message connected to CertifML, it was sent on behalf of a business you contacted or did business with, and only after you agreed to receive messages from that business.

What messages you may receive

Depending on the business you interacted with, messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations

  • Order, booking, or service status updates

  • Follow-up messages after a call or visit

  • Requests to confirm details or reschedule

  • Occasional service-related notifications

  • We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional spam.

How consent works

Enrollment is always voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is collected by the individual business you interacted with — for example, when you provided your number during a phone call or booking, filled out a form or opted in on that business's website, agreed in person or by signed paperwork, or gave verbal consent that was recorded. You are never required to agree to receive text messages as a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by business and purpose, but is typically 1–4 messages per month. Some transactional messages (such as confirming a specific appointment) are sent only when relevant.

Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CertifML does not charge you for messages.

Privacy
